President: Earl Hamilton, Jr. - Actor, playwright and director. Member of Community Actors Theatre for over 16 years. Doubles as technical director.

Vice-President: Henry Spencer - Actor, master set-builder, lighting technician and house generalist. Member of CAT for over 10 years. Self-employed.

Secretary/Treasurer: Marvell Bryant - Co-founder. Actress, house manager, costume mistress, fashion show coordinator, pageant show assistant. Self-employed in day-care.

Assistant Treasurer: Edith Smith - Actress, assistant house manager. Member for over 15 years. Retired from the San Diego Unified School District.

Assistant Secretary: Johnny McClellan - Producer of annual talent show. Assists in fundraising. Member for 2 years. Self-employed, Brotise, Inc.

President ex-officio: Cleo Smith - Actress, singer, dancer, set-dresser, stage manager, member of CAT for over 8 years. Retired from the San Diego Unified School District.

Videographer: Ernest Maqoma - Photographer, video specialist, part-time actor.

Advisor: Rev. Richard West - Pastor, author of his military memoir. Retired army captain.

Advisor: Donna Richardson - Actress, fundraiser, retired physical therapist.

Executive Director: Jennie Hamilton - Co-founder, actress, director, playwright, set designer, former president, former vice-president, former business manager. Bachelor of Arts in Education, San Diego State University. Master in Education, Pepperdine University. Elementary school teacher with the San Diego Unified School District for 27 yearsr Recently retired. Producer/Director of several award-winning plays. Other major awards: "Woman of Distinction," "Labor of Love," "Soror (Sorority Sister) of the Year," "Mother of the Year," "The Judges Award" and television's "Channel 10 Leadership Award."
